Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of ApexSheets, operated by Vornexa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service on behalf of a registered business.

2. Subscription and trial

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan.
• Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not store your card details. Failed payments may result in account suspension after reasonable notice.

4. Refunds

Because ApexSheets is a digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@apex-sheets.comwithin 7 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ApexSheets to send spam, break the law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to compromise the security of the service.

6. Your data

You own your business data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexSheets is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
